information over renting conditions in Turkey In
a rental contract will be mentioned:
- the name of the tenant - the name of the landlord
- address of the rented object
- annual rent / monthly rent
- period of rent
Object are mostly rented only annually here - against cash payment.
This has e.g. the advantage:
- the rent is on the average approximately 20 - 30% cheaper,
than with monthly term of payment
- the rent cannot be variable raised from month to month
- after one year will be the rent new nogotiated
Points, which are mentioned in a rent contract by the owner:
- beginning and expiration of the rented object
- additional expenses, like electricity, water, garbage disposal,
channel fees are carried by the tenant
- the object / apartment cannot be subleased
- damage must be replaced by the tenant
- repairs or damage has to be announced to the owner
- house regulation - if you do not pay attention to the rental
contract and house regulation, the owner may cancel the contract
without paying back your money
- the object may be only be used exclusively for living purposes
and not be used e.g. as trade seat
- the owner can require also the number of persons who have
rented the object
Conditions:
- the objects are rented annually in the name of the owners.
- the object has to be paid in advance against cash payment.
- the rental contract will be handed out.

Should be inspected of the client one or more objects before signing a rental agreement , the client commits itself to pay to the real estate Claudia Woratschek as compensation for expenses (time, travel costs to pay) the amount of 50.00 €. In conclusion of a lease by real estate Claudia Woratschek the amount of the paid 50.00 € will be refunded.
