| General conditions for housing seekers: |
1. In executing the order, the customer shall receive offers of accommodation providers who have not been known to him/her previously. This information can also be given by telephone or by fax. Despite all due care being taken to ensure the accuracy and completeness of information, no liability can be accepted.
2. Offers are confidential and are only intended for the customer. Any relay to a third party shall require the travel advice Lets go Side`s approval. All invoices shall continue to be addressed to the original customer, unless agreed otherwise with Lets go Side. If the customer is already acquainted with an offer, he/she must inform Lets go Side immediately of this, giving details of the source.
3. Lets go Side must be notified immediately once a lease (verbal/written) has been drawn up in respect of one of the properties notified or with one of the providers notified. If another transaction materializes instead of the originally intended transaction, or if an additional transaction materializes, and if Lets go Side has furnished the means of concluding this transaction or has mediated the same, Lets go Side shall be entitled to the commission once the transaction(s) materialize(s).
4. As soon as lease is concluded (verbal/written) is a commission shall be due to the amount of
1.5 month's rent. Commissions under 9 month rental period are as follows:

The commission rates are dependent on the price of your rented property and your rental period
They amount to a permanent lease of:
Over 9 months: 150%
Up to 9 months: 145%
Up to 8 months: 130%
Up to 7 months: 115%
Up to 6 months: 100%
Up to 5 months: 85%
Up to 4 months: 70%
Up to 3 months: 55%
Up to 2 months: 40%
Up to 1 month: 25%
in % of the monthly rent.
5. Calculations shall be based on the flat rental rate, provided the landlord has not already indicated that ancillary costs are to be charged separately. Subsequent changes in the rent shall not affect the calculation bases of the order that has been transacted.
6. By receiving the consent of the lessor (verbal/written), and in case that the renter agrees to rent the flat, a reservation fee shall be due to the sum of the commission table, the reservation fee has to be remitted to the Lets go Side. In case that the tenancy does not materialize, and it is not to be beard on the leaser's responsibility, the reservation fee will be amortized to the leaser immediately. By conclusion of the tenancy the commission will be settled with the reservation fee.
7. Premature termination of the tenancy shall not constitute grounds for any claims whatsoever against Lets go Side ´s right to full agency fee due according to the original rental agreement shall remain unaffected.
8. In addition, statutory provisions shall apply.

| Rubric accommodations: |
1. For apartments, holiday homes, hotels, inns will be no commission charged. The prices are final prices, inclusive the value added tax.
2. At conclusion of a contract (verbal/written) a down payment of 30% of the total price will be chaged by the travel advisory Lets go to SIDE.
3.
The down payment of 30% will be in the event of a cancellation of the contract by the customer not refunded.

If not individually agreed that the commission is 3% excl. VAT on the brokerage mediation or proof of employment.
All figures are exclusively for the recipient. Transfer to a third party undertakes to replace the lost commission.
A liability for the completeness and accuracy of the offer documents is not accepted.
